Instructions

Before you start:
Suitable materials for ironing the rhinestones and rhinestone motifs are cotton or polyester fabrics, cotton blend fabrics and other absorbent and heat-ironing fabrics. If you are not sure, do a test at an inconspicuous spot. You can check the absorbency by placing a drop of tap water on the surface. If this is swallowed up everything is ok, but the water drop drops, the subsoil is not suitable.
Before washing, wash the fabrics with no fabric softener to remove possible finishes.
  • Use a firm base for ironing.
  • Set the iron to the highest possible temperature for the fabric.
  • Remove the white cover foil from the rhinestone motif. Place the rhinestone motif with the clear transfer foil on top of the garment.
  • Cover with baking paper or a cloth. In the case of thin fabrics, also lay baking papers between the fabric layers in order to prevent “saturation” of the adhesive.
  • Iron the rhinestone motif with medium pressure for approx. 15 to 20 seconds (at low temperature, possibly even longer) without steam or ironing. Repeat the process for large motifs.
  • When using a steam iron (without using steam) you should change it 1 - 2 times because of the holes on the bottom side.
  • Turn the fabric inside-out, cover it with baking paper and iron again for approx. 15 to 20 seconds
  • Let cool down. Turn the fabric back to the right and carefully peel off the backing film. If rhinestones still loose during removal, carefully reposition the foil and repeat the ironing process.
  • Washing Instructions: Inside-out up to 40 ° C  (preferably in a laundry bag). Do not put in the dryer.
